By far the most improved feature in the new LG is the ability to dial in the extent of up and down motion you wish to allow.  As the patient improves you can challenge the patient’s posture and balance by allowing up to 5 inches of vertical movement.  Use this feature of relaxing the rigidity of control to incrementally challenge the patient's posture and balance, practice mini squats during pre-gait activities or run!

This LiteGait® feature gives clinicians more treatment options by allowing for adjustability of the rigidity of the LiteGait yoke (supportive arms) with up to 5 inches of vertical travel. Thus, you can maintain the rigid yoke position or make it flexible, giving the patient the option to experience and react to the changes in vertical displacement while being safely supported in LiteGait.

The FlexAble™ Yoke is especially beneficial for orthopedic patients, knee/hip replacements, amputees, balance disorders and patients that are progressing rapidly in their LiteGait therapy treatment. It is beneficial as an additional challenge for all levels. The FlexAble Yoke comes standard on all LiteGait I models and is an available option for following LiteGait models: WalkAble 100 and LiteGait Jr.(150, 200).
